The XS-1.7-320 is an uncooled infrared camera that employs a 320 x 256
InGaAs FPA and has 0.9 to 1.7 µm sensitivity. The XS camera interfaces
to a PC via USB 2.0. Additionally the camera comes with an analog out
(CCIR or RS-170). Compactness and flexibility are key elements of the
XenICs XS-1.7 320 NIR infrared camera. It measures 50x50x50mm and weighs
just over 500 grams, including power pack, making it highly portable.
Flexibility of use is achieved by the user being able to specify a suitable
detection configuration according to need.
The advanced design of the XS features true Non Uniformity Correction,
external trigger for synchronisation and a C-mount for exchangeable lenses.
The camera head uses a standard USB 2.0 to interface with a PC and is
packaged with X-Control software which allows the user direct access to
a variety of camera settings. The camera's C++, VB, Linux and Labview
SDK arealso offered for developers.
Applications for this camera include:
Hyperspectral imaging
Laser beam profiling
Vision enhancement (automotive or airborne applications)
Semiconductor inspection
Thermal imaging of hot objects (in the 200°C to 800°C range)
On-line process control
Medical applications
