The NIR-300/F near-infrared cameras operate within the NIR range
from 900 to 1700nm and have a very sensitive InGaAs sensor with
a resolution of 320 x 256. InGaAs sensors also have good
linearity and high damage threshold against intense illumination.
At a frame rate of 50 frames/sec. (NIR-300) and 100 fps (NIR-300F)
the cameras deliver excellent, low noise images with a 14-bit
resolution. In addition to a continuous image capture
with 30 Hz (100Hz), the camera has an Image-on-demand mode, enabling
the exposure of all pixels at the same time.
Available with two different interfaces: Camera Link or Gigabit
Ethernet, the camera has the option of being ordered with Peltier
cooling for longer exposure times which also permits exact measuring within
the image.
