The Piranha PC-30-02k60 is a triliniear RGB line scan camera with superb colour fidelity for high quality images. With a resolution of 2048 pixels and a pixel size of 14µm x 14µm this camera is capable of a maximum line rate of 22 kHz. It features 3 outputs each running at 60 MHz giving a total throughput of 180 MHz.
The PC-30-02k60 features Dalsa’s RGB trilinear sensor that eliminates image artefacts associated with prism cameras by placing a separate row of pixels for each colour on a single sensor die. This advanced design minimizes distance between rows (equivalent to three pixels centre to centre) and so reduces the artefacts found in other cameras. With large 14µm pixels, the PC-30-02k60 offers high sensitivity for low-light situations. A Camera Link interface ensures high speed data transfer.
The PC-30-02k60 is highly suited for 100% print inspection, postal and parcel sorting, high performance document scanning and imaging, food inspection, electronic and semiconductor manufacturing inspection, and a variety of industrial inspection applications.
