XL
mode -l Cameralink® & analog IDE output
Equipped with a fully-solid state CMOS sensor that
is optimised for low-light imaging, the camera is specifically designed
to provide excellent imaging across varying light conditions from daylight
to low-moonlit nights. Consequently the Nocturn XL is appropriate for
any night vision application including national security and surveillance.
Other applications include suitability in industry and research projects
and any mobile use.
The CMOS pixel architecture offers the best compromise between inherent
signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), high resolution and intra-scene dynamic range
and with total read-out noise below 4 e- without cooling.
Made small and light, the cameras can be integrated into a wide range
of compact imaging systems, including hand-held observational devices
digital sights, vehicle situational awareness devices and UAVs.
