The QImaging Retiga-2000R is a 12 Bit CCD camera for high precision quantitative analysis in low light/brightfield/darkfield/ fluorescence imaging in life science and industrial applications. The 1600 x 1200 pixel sensor is capable of speeds of 10 frames per second at full resolution and up to 190 fps with Binning or Region Of Interest (ROI). High-speed, low-noise electronics provide linear digital data for rapid image capture.
The IEEE 1394 FireWire digital interface allows ease of use and installation with a single cable. No Frame-Grabber is required. The Retiga-2000R includes QCapture software (Windows and Mac OS) for real-time image preview and capture. A Software Development Kit (SDK) is available upon request for interfacing with custom software.
The Retiga-2000R digital camera is suited for applications such as Brightfield/Dark Field Microscopy; Fluorescence Microscopy; Pathology, Histology, Cytology; GFP, FISH; DNA Analysis; NIR Imaging; Motility and Motion Analysis; Semiconductor Inspection; Failure Analysis; Forensic Analysis.
