The Turtle Climatisation Enclosures by AutoVimation are built with IP65 protection. IP65 protection is the highest level of dust protection and provides the ability withstand low-pressure water jets from all directions. The Turtle enclosures are climate controlled and temperature stabilised using an external fan with IP54 protection.

Turtle enclosures are suited to all cameras with a cross section of up to 100x100mm and lenses with a diameter of up to 120mm, with simultaneous active climatisation in ambient temperatures of up to +70°C. Turtle enclosures require 24V/DC operating voltage and can be operated autonomously via a solar cell in remote areas. The sturdy aluminium housing is available in two standard lengths.

An optional front flange facilitates the use of extensions to increase enclosure length, dome windows for fisheye lenses or to fit the Meganova ring light (with onboard flash controller). As standard, it is equipped with a 4" viewing window made of anti-reflective coated BK7 glass with 88mm visibility. In the flange version, the viewing window is 3" diameter and available in acrylic or germanium or with infrared cut mirror. The Turtle is compatible ton AutoVimation's large range of accessories and can be adapted to all brackets and mounting kits.
