PHANTOM
MIRO M110: Third generation,
Phantom Miro camera - small, portable, self-contained and rugged
A most accessible high-speed camera ideal for a large variety of applications
that require moderate frame rates at common resolutions
The Phantom Miro M110 is an entry-level 1 megapixel camera
with features previously found on Vision Research's more advanced more
expensive cameras.
With 1.6 Gigapixels/second throughput and providing over 1,600 frames-per-second
at full 1280 x 800 resolution the Miro M110 is available in both colour
and monochrome versions and with a minimum exposure time of 2µs.
The camera includes advanced features including an internal capping shutter,
Image-Based Auto-Trigger, camera synchronization and immediate playback
of recorded cines.
The Miro M110 supports four lens mounts: F, C, PL or EOS. EOS mounts which
allow the use of Canon EF and EF-S automated lenses allow the lens zoom,
aperture and focus to be adjusted remotely using the Remote Control Unit
or Phantom Camera Control software.
Included in the package is a 60 GB CineFlash storage card and docking
station. These removable, non-volatile storage devices slide into the
camera body (see image above) and provide a way to quickly save
cines from the camera's memory without the need for time-consuming downloads. The
CineFlash module can be removed from the camera and inserted it into the
docking station connected to a computer and the cines downloaded from
the CineFlash to computer via a fast Gigabit Ethernet. Cines can also
be directly downoaded from the camera.
Cines can be transferred from the camera to the computer and edited using
the Phantom Camera Control software. A 60GB CineFlash and Docking station
are included in the package or optionally the CinrFlash can be upgraded
to 120GB or 240GB
