Acrylic Longpass filters are a durable, lightweight and economical solution
for inspection windows. They can protect a lens in environments where
broken glass might pose a problem. With a high transmission ranging from
90 to 98% and an anti-reflection coating for maximum transmission, these
filters are made from impact-resistant, optical-grade acrylic and are
half the weight of glass filters.

sizes M13.25 to M105, and in Slip Mounts. Acrylic Filters can be precision
laser-cut to a desired size or configuration.
They are frequently used as enclosure windows for outdoor applications,
as well as over light sources to control the wavelength emission of broad
spectrum light sources. Because of their durability, they’re commonly
used in regulated applications where glass over the inspection area may
not be permitted.

AC380 is an abrasion, scratch,
breakage and solvent resistant acrylic protective window made to
withtand harsh environments, are half the weight of glass windows
and are 50 times more scratch resistant and impervious to all types
of solvents and chemicals including: acetone and MEK.
This filter blocks almost all UV light while averaging greater
than 98% transmission in the 450-700nm visible spectrum. This acrylic
protective window is a highly effective yet economical solution

The AC685 IR Pass/Visible Block filter
material is a 2mm thick acrylic sheet with carefully-controlled
near-IR spectral properties.
It can be laser cut according to customer specifications and is
typically mounted over full spectrum UV/Visible/IR lamp-based
lighting to ensure that (mainly) infrared light reaches the subject
while otherwise distracting visible light is effectively blocked. |

AC760
Acrylic NIR Longpass Filter - Ensuring that mainly IR
light reaches the object and blocks a portion of the very near
IR |
AC760 is similar to AC685 except that
it also blocks a portion of the very near IR. It is very well
suited for use with 785nm, 810nm, 830nm or 850nm laser diode or
LED illumination, or in situations where visible light emitted
by arc/flash lamps needs to be blocked while near-IR illumination
is passed.
