Gardasoft PP480

Back to to Gardasoft
Back to Gardasoft Lighting Controllers

The Gardasoft PP480 is an LED lighting controller with four output channels that are independently triggered and controlled. This OEM orientated controller model is a high-speed constant current controller and has been developed to facilitate milliamp scale control within microseconds. This release signals the discontinuation of the Gardasoft PP420F.

The PP480 is a reliable choice for applications (e.g. OEM applications) where the user can specify a power supply with a non-standard voltage.

Each channel can be individually configured to be ‘pulsed' in response to one of four external triggers or an internal timer. You can also choose continuous or switched mode for control. Brightness can also be adjusted in all modes.

When paired with free software, GardasoftMaint, The PP480 model can be quickly configured. The Gardasoft PP480 can also be paired with third party software which can be set up through its ASCII command, detailed in the manual.

As with all Gardasoft products, all the settings can be stored in non-volatile memory, for standalone operation.

With Gardasofts SafeSense™ technology, the PP480 controller allows you to overdrive your LED lights, while protecting them from damage. SafeSense™ manages the relationship between pulse timing, current, and duty cycle, at any overdrive rating. This allows users to access maximum light while maximising the longevity of the LED.

Gardasoft Controllers are universally compatible with passive LED lighting, from manufacturers such as CCS.
