Portable digital video recording using TroublePix software

NorPix TroubleShooter 150 / 500

NorPix Inc. has released the TroublePix150-500 for portable digital video recording. The device features a Photonfocus high-speed Camera Link CMOS camera. Users can record an 18 second digital video sequence to RAM with 1024 × 1024-pixel resolution at 150 fps. With 512 × 512-pixel resolution a frame rate of 586 fps is possible. Longer sequences can be recorded by using a lower frame rate. Features include looping, a global shutter mode for blur-free images, pre- and post-triggering, and event markers. An optional battery pack is available for field operation.
