New,
improved driver with extra features for all uEye cameras
Go to iDS
New, free, vs 3.80 driver heralds many improvements
A
new software driver 3.80 brings many improvements for all uEye cameras
and completely integrates the GigE uEye CP models with new CMOS
and CCD sensors.
It includes new features for the uEye API, such
as the line mode and multi-AOI (area of interest) for models UI-1240
and UI-5240. A combined function allows faster setting and moving
of AOIs. All API commands can be used in programming languages such
as C/C++, C#, or VB.NET.
This update extends the functionality of the current uEye Demo enabling
it to process images with up to 12 bits and to save them in PNG
format.
Additionally, the software package contains a new program for editing
the hotpixel calibration. (iDS calibrates all sensors during assembly
in order to identify the hotpixels of each unit. However, in certain
cases, users would like to expand these factory-activated calibration
capabilities even further and this is now possible with the “hotpixel
tool.”)
