Gocator
3D camera: Powerful, flexible, user-friendly and now, with improved functionality
Major features added
in Release 2.2
Easily compare parts to a Golden Template
Use the Difference Area and Difference Peak profile tools to compare live
profiles to a registered golden template. These tools are designed to
inspect objects for differences between the actual and the ideal shape.
Dynamic Exposure Control
An exposure control mode that continuously self-adapts to varying surfaces
over time. Dynamic Exposure is valuable for measuring surfaces that regularily
have variations in colour or reflectivity.
Scheduled Output Decisions
Gocator users now have greater control over output decisions for improved
tracking and sorting of parts on a conveyor. Specify a future time, position
on the conveyor, or software command to schedule outputs to fit an application's
needs.
Raw Profile Output
Improves scanning speed by disabling automated range data processing.
Raw data is delivered as (x,z) coordinate pairs.
Multiple Sensor Synchronization
In a multi-sensor system it is now possible to eliminate cross-talk for
better syncing and better measurement results. Additions to the Gocator
SDK now allow for full flexibility in configuring sensor timing.
