The BOA Spot vision sensor combines the power and flexibility of a BOA vision system with integrated optics, light and easy-to-use setup software. Expanding automation processes has never been so easy especially when lens, light and software are all factory-configured - there is no additional software to install.

Irrespective of the type of product on the assembly line, BOA Spot can help improve quality, reduce waste and increase throughput and all for less cost than anticipated. Additionally, lower cost-of-ownership allows more points-of-inspection along the production line which means better failure analysis and faster, easier corrective actions. Made rugged for factory use, flexible mounting options mean that the BOA Shot fits into tight places.

BOA Spot is being initially offered in 4 models with different sensor resolutions and software capabilities. The “Standard Level” models offers a basic set of inspection tools for presence/absence and measurement applications while the "Expanded Level” models provide additional tools and advanced capabilities for more complex applications.
