About
the VC Nano Z 0015 Featuring a 2 Megapixel CMOS sensor and capable of capturing up to 50 frames-per-second at full resolution, this latest Vision Components Smart camera, VC Nano Z 0015, is an embedded vision system based on dual core ARM-based processor running VC Linux. Designed to be reprogrammable to the customer's application or functionality requirements, the camera can be supplied in a miniature housing or as a VC Pro in an IP67-rated protective housing which is almost as small. Optional integrated autofocus lens and LED illumination can also be added to the VC Pro model. A board camera version is also obtainable and suitable for machine or robot integration. These can be fitted with an on-board sensor, a single remote head or two remote sensors for applications requiring stereo-vision. The bundled VC Lib software library offers more than 300 functions for easy programming of image processing routines such as bar code recognition, shape and position recognition and the verification of printed products. |
