Teledyne
Lumenera has introduced six new Lt Series USB3 models that feature
Sony IMX342, Sony IMX367 and Sony IMX387 CMOS sensors, each in
colour and monochrome. Headlining this series are the Lt-C6480
and Lt-M6480 cameras which feature the Sony® Pregius
Gen2 IMX342 CMOS sensor, which provides APS-C 31.5-megapixel 6480
(H) x 4860 (V), 3.45 um pixel size, and a 12-bit output.
The other
Sony Pregius sensors available in this series are the IMX367 (19.7M),
4432(H) x 4436 (V) and IMX387 (16.9M), 5472 (H) x 3084 (V). All
Sony Pregius Sensors provide terrific dynamic range.
With these
cameras, USB3 bandwidth is capable of 450MB/sec as compared to
other competitive USB3 vision cameras that cannot achieve the
full USB3 bandwidth.
All of the
models in the Teledyne Lt Series offer compact enclosures and
fully-locking USB3 connectors built for 24/7 use in industrial
settings. These cameras perform in a wide variety of imaging applications
such as aerial imaging, Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS), robotic
inspection solutions, and life sciences.
Across the
broader Lt Series, Teledyne Lumenera uses powerful sensors such
as the Sony Starvis rolling shutter, Pregius Gen2 and Pregius
Gen3 series of global shutter active pixel-type CMOS image sensors.
