Electroluminescence camera with NIR-sensitive CMOS monochrome sensor
The EL1-D1312-160-CL-12 camera ia an uncooled CMOS camera for the inspection
of solar cells based on electroluminescence.
The 1.4 Mpix camera is based on the 3rd Generation CMOS imager, A1312,
which is optimised for applications in the visible spectrum as well as
those that require a near-infra-red response, the NIR response being up
to 1100nm.
