5MX Series: High-performance lenses capturing over the entire measurement field
Floating focusing mechanism	- The use of a floating mechanism in their focusing systems allows them to capture low-distortion, high resolution images at all distances, from infinity right down to their minimum object distance, demonstrating maximum performance at any magnification.
5 Mega-pixel at ALL Range	- 5MX Series lenses have a high resolution of over 147 lp/mm. - 5MX Series keeps TV distortion to less than 0.1%, making them ideal for capturing low distortion images over the entire image measurement.
S-RANK (Best Performance Class)	- 5MX Series uses JIIA (Japan Industrial Imaging Association) lens standards and satisfy S-Rank (Best Performance Class) criteria as high-performance lenses for 2/3 5 Megapixel camera. As entire field 5 Megapixel camera lenses, they capture high resolution, distortion images not just from the center to the periphery but over the entire measurement field.
Compact design	- Despite being a high resolution 5 Megapixel lens, its size (between 68 - 100 grams) allows a high degree of freedom and moveability thus incorporating itself into a wide range of equipment positions.
Typical Applications	- checking for missing pixels in LCD monitors, OEL monitor - surface inspection / metal parts, hairline cracks - errors and in making detailed inspections / shape, color and surface of food and pharmaceuticals - visual sensors

5M Series: For inspection, pattern-matching and alignment uses for high-definition, edge-to-edge imaging is needed for large objects. Small optical distortion
High resolution and high contrast	- Supports 2/3" format, 5 mega-pixel CCD camera with 3.45µm pixel pitch. Achieves 140 lp/mm high resolution from center to periphery. Produces sharp, high-clarity images with high-contrast.
Compact design	- With an outer diameter of just 43 mm, these lenses are easily manouvered and installed into high-performance devices.
Minimal optical distortion	- For both the FL-CC2514-5M and the FL-CC1614-5M, optical distortion on the diagonals is less than 1%. TV distortion is held to less than 0.2%. Subsequently, these lenses are an excellent choice for use in the image measurement field.
Bright to the periphery	- The optics accommodates 5 mega-pixels with F1.4 brightness. With peripheral-light-intensity falloff held to an absolute minimum, it's possible to obtain bright and high-resolution images.
Typical Applications	- Object inspection - pattern matching - alignment uses where images with high definition are required for large subjects such as wafers, chip mounters, board mounting.
